Praising my Savior!

Everyday when I wake up in the morning and greet each new day ~ I praise my Precious Lord that He grants me the privilege of just one more day in this journey we call life.

I praise my Lord throughout each day for loving me, caring for me and for allowing me the opportunity to serve Him.

Every night when my children hug and kiss me goodnight, I praise God that He has given me the opportunity to be a "dad" to such fine and wonderful children, and I praise Him for another day that I have had to spend with them.

I praise God for the gift of life itself and for turning my life around from a world of death, destruction, and darkness. It is God Who picked me up out of the dark cold gutters of this cruel world and led me back up, and onto the pathway to the top of His glorious mountain of Love. And for this, I am thankful and I praise my O so Precious Lord and Savior.

I praise God for saving my life and for saving my very soul.

I praise God for my family, my children, my grandchildren, my friends and for everyone He surrounds me with that have blessed my life tremendously.

I praise God that in the deepest darkest moments of my life ~ that He was there for me ~ and that He cared for me and loved me, even when I turned away from Him and denied Him for so many long and agonizing years.

I praise God that He put me on the right path, and that He reached out to me in my hour of need and beckoned me to "Come Home my son ... come home".

I praise God for loving me ~ even when I didn't find it in my heart to love Him in return.

And I praise God for salvation and for taking my place on that old wooden cross and for bearing the burdens of my sins upon His Shoulders.

I praise God for all of Who He is, and for all of What He does for me, and means to me each and everyday.

And I praise God that one day, one very sweet and glorious day ~ that I will live with Him in a place called Heaven. A place of ~ No more tears ~ no more trials ~ no more fears ~ and no more darkness. I can hardly wait to be by His glorious side and to be and shouting praises of glory to Him throughout eternity.
