HOLY SPIRIT
My upturned hands begin to tremble,
My eyes are full of tears, my chest full of love.
I kneel in reverence to the Holy spirits power.
The spirit is so strong, I can’t seem to swallow.
Feeling so lost I forget tomorrow.
Stillness surrounds me as chaos reigns nearby.
This is the wieght of your childs cry.
To live in a world where noone is denied.
Where a heavenly father reaches down,
And makes sure every childs tear is dried.
I want to be in a place where I forget myself,
And drink deeply from your heavenly cup.
Your blood now flowing through my veins,
I no longer hear two heartbeats.
Only one truth beats beneath my chest,
Overflowing with a love that breathes in unison,
hand in hand, stride for stride,
One heart, one soul
Until I lose myself and truly worship You…
